Privacy Policy
This policy describes the current Nimbient production setup. It will evolve as account, billing, and live generation features become more mature.
Nimbient may use session cookies to keep a user signed in, local browser storage for room preferences, and server-side records for saved rooms or live session state.
If Live generation is used, the app may process room mode, mood settings, prompt text, timing, and relay status needed to authorize and operate the live stream.
The production app runs on Cloudflare Workers. The live audio relay runs on Railway. Live generation experiments use Google Gemini/Lyria APIs.
Payment and subscription features are designed around Lemon Squeezy, but broad commercial use is still being validated.
